Who We Are

Big enough to serve you, small enough to care!

Our office is located in historic White Stone, a Chesapeake Bay coastal region in Virginia. We're small town America, and community oriented.  We like to say "big enough to serve you, small enough to know you (care)."  We've been at this location for 10 years and absolutely love it. We know the people and community very well which provides us an understanding of area insurance needs.  Prior to that the office was located in Richmond, VA for more than 20 years. 

Our casual, but capable staff manages everything from customer service calls to enrollments.  We are your policy advocate and can handle all aspects of the insurance process. 

Mr. Gerczak, a native of  Baltimore, MD has an interest in horses, golf, and fishing. I began my insurance career in Richmond, Virginia 37 years ago, and I'm still going strong.

  Jean Eder our office manager and all-around guru is the on-site agent with 10 years of experience. She strives to make everyone happy - clients, staff, and agents.  I'm definitely hands-on and know this office from top to bottom. Shedding light on Medicare Benefits is my job.

Ambre Reid, one of our friendly, perky, positive customer service representatives has an I can help you with any issue attitude.  I love our clients and office group, we work well together.
